Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Transit time: 5 to 7 business days via FedEx
  • Total estimated delivery: 6 to 9 business days

Orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) on a business day typically begin processing the same day. For complete details, see our Shipping Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $99 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the continental United States.

Orders under $99 have a flat shipping rate of $7.99.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only.

We do not ship to: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO military addresses, or International destinations.

What carrier do you use?

All orders ship via FedEx. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

You have up to 2 hours after placing your order to request an address change. Email us at contact@retailsprout.com with your order number and the corrected address.

After 2 hours, or once your order has entered fulfillment, we cannot modify the address.

Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe
  • PayPal

All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your credit card information.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption, and all payments are processed through Stripe and PayPal, which are PCI-DSS compliant. Your financial data is never stored on our servers.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order. Email contact@retailsprout.com with your order number.

After 12 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment and cannot be canceled. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our return process.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package by:

  • Clicking the link in your shipping confirmation email
  • Visiting FedEx.com directly
  • Using our Tracking Order page

Please allow 24 to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, according to state and local regulations.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How do I return an item?
  • Email contact@retailsprout.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our team to send you a Return Authorization
  • Pack the item securely and ship using a trackable method

Please do not send returns without authorization.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • We pay: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged
  • You pay: For change-of-mind returns or sizing issues
How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (1-2 business days), approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

Your bank may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge restocking fees on any returns.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.

Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style:

  • Return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you get your preferred item as quickly as possible.

Products & Sizing

What types of dresses do you sell?

We specialize in women’s dresses in three categories: Maxi Dresses, Midi Dresses, and Mini Dresses. All items are brand new and ship from our own inventory.

How do I find my size?

Please refer to our size chart on each product page. We include measurements to help you find the best fit. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering — we are happy to help.

Will the color match what I see online?

We do our best to display accurate colors. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, screens, and lighting conditions. This is a limitation of digital photography, not a defect.

How should I care for my dress?

Each dress includes care instructions on the label. Please follow these guidelines to maintain the quality of your garment. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing or handling.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, view purchase history, and check out faster.

How do you protect my personal information?
