Call +1 (415) 854-7987 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Pacific Time) and let us know you want to opt out.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser or device sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browsing session.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:

• We will process your opt-out within 15 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email when complete
• Your ability to browse and shop will not be affected

Note: Opting out does not delete your personal information. If you also want your data deleted, please email contact@retailsprout.com with the subject line “Delete My Data.”

Authorized Agents

You may designate someone to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. If you use an authorized agent, we may require:

• Written permission signed by you
• Verification of your identity

This protects your privacy and prevents unauthorized requests.

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. This means we will not:
