We sell women’s dresses in three categories: Maxi Dresses, Midi Dresses, and Mini Dresses. All products are subject to availability.

We make every effort to display colors and styles accurately. However, the actual color you see depends on your monitor, screen settings, and lighting conditions. We cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly as they appear in person.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of all items, including materials, sizing, and care instructions. If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us — we will make it right.

Sizing

Please refer to our size chart before ordering. Sizes may vary between styles. If you are unsure about sizing, contact us before placing your order. We are happy to help you find the right fit.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Your order will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

Pricing Errors

Occasionally, a product may be listed at an incorrect price due to technical error. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with state and local regulations. You will see the exact amount before completing your purchase.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including:

If we cancel your order, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

• Transit Time: 5 to 7 business days via FedEx

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Refund Processing: 3 to 5 business days after we receive and approve your return.
• Restocking Fee: $0 — we do not charge restocking fees.

Items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by emailing contact@retailsprout.com with your order number.

After 12 hours, your order may have entered the fulfillment process and cannot be canceled. In that case, you will need to follow our return process after delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on retailsprout.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, and website design — is the property of Akw Eureka LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our written consent
