Payment methods we do not accept: Cash, checks, money orders, bank transfers, cryptocurrency, or buy now pay later services.

  • SSL Encryption: Our entire website is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Look for the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar when you shop.

  • We Never Store Your Card Details: RetailSprout does not have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or banking credentials. All sensitive payment information is processed and stored exclusively by Stripe or PayPal.

When You Are Charged

Your payment is captured immediately when you place your order. The full amount — including merchandise, shipping, and applicable sales tax — is charged at the moment you click “Place Order.”

If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify your card details, ensure sufficient funds are available, or try an alternative payment method.

Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). This is the only currency we accept for transactions.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address. The exact amount is determined by state and local tax regulations where your order is being delivered.

You will see the complete breakdown — subtotal, shipping, and tax — before you finalize your purchase. There are no hidden charges.

Pricing Accuracy

We work hard to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. However, errors can occasionally occur.

  • If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you before processing. You may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

If we need to verify your order, we will contact you by email. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or canceled, with a full refund issued to your original payment method.

Refunds

All refunds are returned to your original payment method — the same credit card or PayPal account used at checkout. We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method, bank account, or as store credit.

Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
