I’m not going to tell you we’re “revolutionizing fashion” or “disrupting the industry.” We’re not.

We’re just a small team trying to run a good online store. We pick dresses we genuinely like. We price them fairly. We ship them quickly. And when something goes wrong — because sometimes it does — we make it right.

I started RetailSprout because I got tired of shopping at places where the customer service felt robotic, the return process felt like a trap, and the “sale prices” were fake.

We’re not perfect. We’re still learning. But we show up every day trying to be a little better than yesterday.
